Creating a career counseling space that is close to students- Jobtaole Career Development Center, Chung Yuan Christian University Branch Library.

A. Adaptive counseling mechanism: Build a good atmosphere of career counseling, and encourage students to take the initiative to apply and make appointments for career counseling. Combining the expertise from career mentors and various professional guidance from career counselors. Implementing adaptive counseling for students with different needs.

B. Building a work experience zone: Stimulate students’ interest and ideas for future employment, and convey information about the workplace and the correct concepts of job search etiquette.

  I. An interactive game called “Transformation of Dress & Appearance” with instructional videos and clothing matching.
  II. Plan an independent space for “Mock Interviews of Six Occupations”. It provides interview scenarios and videos, allowing students to practice interview skills and articulation.
  III. A VR interactive game called “Virtual Work Experience”, provides 16 career options, a fun interactive experience, and knowledge of the workplace.
